Last week, my old Kenmore washing machine decided to quit on me, and I needed it fixed fast. Did a quick search online and found Durango Appliance Repair. Based in La Presa, CA, they seemed like a good bet, and they didn't disappoint.
Called them up, and within a couple of hours, Mike showed up at my door. Friendly guy, knew his stuff. He got right to it, no beating around the bush. Within minutes, he figured out the issue and had the parts on hand. Talk about prepared!
What impressed me was how quickly he got the machine up and running. It was smooth sailing. Didn’t try to upsell me or anything, just honest work at a fair price.
